Wayfinding tips

Make moving between sessions easier with a quick plan before you set off.

  • Plan your route between sessions

    If you have back-to-back sessions in different areas or levels, identify lifts and nearest corridors on the plan ahead of time.

  • Choose clear meet-up points

    Pick a visible landmark (e.g., a main auditorium entrance, expo aisle end, or a café area) so your group can regroup quickly.

  • Use quiet zones for focused time

    Need to take a call, answer messages, or decompress? Quiet working zones are marked on the floor plan.

  • Ask staff if you’re unsure
