On-site Therapist**
If you could do with a chat to someone, you can make an appointment with our therapist by sending a What's App during the event to 07934 759226. They are available from 9am-5pm each day of the conference in a discreet location on site, and there is no charge; you can see them daily if you would like as long as availability allows.
Our therapist is provided by Platfform Wellbeing, a UK organisation specialising in mental health support and counselling. Their calm, compassionate, trauma-informed approach is designed to help you process, reset, or simply take a moment during the event — so you can step back in feeling more grounded and supported. Chill Out Space
There are plenty of quiet, sunny spots around the ICC to find some quiet but if you need a non-sensory retreat, you can head to our chill-out room. It's no laptops, phones, conversations, food or drink and has low lighting so you can get away from it all for a while.

- Step out between sessions before you feel overwhelmed

Ponder Pods
The ICC's Ponder Pods are there to be used as a quiet retreat; whether you need a breather between sessions, a calm spot to reset, or a place to sit and think without distractions. Tucked into the trees, just a short walk from the main building, they’re ideal for taking a moment out, recharging, and returning when you’re ready.
